Composting plant waste in parks.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to composting plant waste in parks

This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Department of Sanitation to establish composting facilities for plant waste collection near the ten largest parks in each borough throughout the City no later than by July 1, 2027.
