A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the city chief procurement officer to conduct evaluations of non-profit programming
This bill would require the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (“MOCS”) to hire independent non-profit evaluators to determine the effectiveness of the city’s non-profit programming on non-profit contracts valued at $1 million dollars or more, and produce an annual report on such evaluations.
