A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to disqualifying previously expelled council members from receiving public campaign financing

This bill would disqualify any candidate who is running for a position as a member of the City Council from receiving public campaign funds if the candidate was previously expelled from the City Council.
