A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of homeless services to provide process navigator services to every family with children entering an intake center

This bill would require the department of homeless services to provide process navigator services to every family with children at an intake center. The process navigator would provide assistance to shelter applicants in understanding all the procedures, meetings, interviews and documents necessary to the application process and respond to questions.
