Street resurfacing timeline.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the street resurfacing timeline

This bill would call on the Department of Transportation to ensure that all street resurfacing work be finalized within 2 weeks of the start of work. If more than 2 weeks are necessary for underlying work the department must notify the surrounding community as to why additional time is needed and the new expected timeline for completion.
