A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to expanding the definition of tenant harassment to include unlawful evictions and expanding the certificate of no harassment program to include unlawful evictions

This bill would expand the definition of tenant harassment to include unlawful evictions. Additionally, it would expand the Certificate of No Harassment pilot program to include buildings where owners have been found to have committed unlawful evictions.
