Requiring a report indicating the quantities and locations of automated external defibrillators placed in public places.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to requiring a report indicating the quantities and locations of automated external defibrillators placed in public places
This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to issue a report every 6 months on the quantities and specific locations of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) placed in public places. The report would also specify whether an AED is equipped with pediatric-attenuated pads or otherwise equipped with child-appropriate functionality.
