A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to building permit classifications and certificate of occupancy requirements

This bill would add definitions for the different types of building permits issued by the Department of Buildings. It would also require a new or amended certificate of occupancy when the cost of the alteration of the building exceeds $125,000.
