Reporting on the results of lotteries administered by the department of housing preservation and development for affordable housing units for tenants with disabilities.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting on the results of lotteries administered by the department of housing preservation and development for affordable housing units for tenants with disabilities

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to report every three years on how many of their affordable housing units set aside for persons with disabilities are actually rented to persons with disabilities.
