Waiving parks permit fees for schools and child day care centers and providing an online system for school permit applications.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to waiving parks permit fees for schools and child day care centers and providing an online system for school permit applications

This bill would waive Parks Department permit fees for any park use or service for school and day care groups and require the department to provide such free permit applications on-line.
