A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting on contract awards made from discretionary funds allocated by a council member

This local law would require the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services to submit reports to the Speaker and provide certain notifications to Council Members with respect to the status of contract awards made from Council discretionary funds.
