A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the New York City police department and district attorneys to report on the investigation and prosecution of domestic violence and certain known victim offenses
This bill would require the Police Department and District Attorneys to submit quarterly public reports on information related to the investigation and prosecution of certain criminal offenses in which the alleged perpetrator and victim have a prior relationship.
