Provision of mental health services for children visiting incarcerated individuals.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of mental health services for children visiting incarcerated individuals

This bill would create a mental health services program at city jails for visitors under the age of eighteen to receive referrals for mental health services and, whenever practicable, receive mental health services.
