A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reducing the maximum time commercial vehicles may park

The proposed legislation would limit parking of commercial vehicles that are tractor-trailer combinations, tractors, truck trailers or semi-trailers to no more than 90 minutes.
