A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to appropriation of funds for the operation and maintenance of the library systems

This local law would state that in any given fiscal year, upon agreement by the Mayor and the Council, 2.5 percent of the City’s real property tax revenue would be appropriated to the City’s three library systems for their operation and maintenance.
