A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a goal of zero divertible waste for New York city by 2030
This bill tasks the Administration of achieving a goal that would divert citywide-generated recyclable waste by 100 percent by calendar year 2030 from landfills or incinerators and report in its annual zero waste report whether meeting that goal is not feasible and include recommendations to improve compliance with the goal.
