Number of employees on trade waste hauling vehicles.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the number of employees on trade waste hauling vehicles

This bill would require that companies licensed or registered by the Business Integrity Commission employ at least three individuals per trade waste hauling vehicle, or the maximum number of individuals for which that vehicle has capacity.
