Creating a youth employment education program.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to creating a youth employment education program

This bill would require the Department of Youth and Community Development to provide an educational summer program to teach students essential employment skills and allow for shadowing of various city employees. The law would also require a grant of no less than $1,500 be provided to program participants.
