Recycled paper facilities.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to recycled paper facilities

This bill would amend Local Law 97 of 2019 by adding an exception to the definition of “covered building” for industrial facilities that produce 100 percent recycled paper products from 100 percent recycled paper. This amendment would exempt such facilities from the requirements of Local Law 97 of 2019.
