A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to imposing certain record keeping requirements on scrap metal processors
This bill would require scrap metal facilities to maintain a record of all transactions between the facilities and sellers of scrap metal and that certain information be provided by the seller at the time of the transaction, such as the name and residence of the seller.
