A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting non-disclosure agreements relating to development projects
This bill would prohibit the City or a City economic development entity from entering into any agreement during negotiations of a prospective City development project that prevents disclosure of any information or records relating to such development project.
