Records of lead-based paint investigations.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to records of lead-based paint investigations

This bill would require property owners to produce records of self-inspections conducted by such owner, and records of any measures taken to abate lead-based paint hazards, whenever a violation for lead-based paint hazards has been issued by the City.
