Prohibiting the sharing of order-related information by third-party food delivery services.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the sharing of order-related information by third-party food delivery services

This bill would prohibit third-party food delivery services from sharing with any other party any data they have collected related to orders and any analysis derived from that data, unless sharing such data is otherwise required by law.
