A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to posting information on school meal ingredients and preparation online and reporting on allergic reactions to school meals

This bill would require the Department of Education (DOE) to post information on school meal ingredients and preparation on its website and conduct outreach to parents and guardians to notify them of the information. It would also require DOE to submit an annual report on allergic reactions to school meals to the Mayor, the Speaker of the Council and the Public Advocate and post it on its website.
