Amending a transcript of a record of death for a death caused by COVID-19.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to amending a transcript of a record of death for a death caused by COVID-19

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to waive any fee for applicants requesting to amend a death certificate to list the cause of death as COVID-19 or health complications caused by COVID-19.
