A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring temporary housing staff to record the last known address and residency outside of New York City for those seeking admission to such housing
This bill would require staff in temporary housing administered by the Human Resources Administration, the Department of Homeless Services, the Department of Youth and Community Development, and the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to record the last known address of an individual or a family and if such individual or family resided outside of New York City in the five years before entering such housing.
