A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the exhalation of smoke at a person’s face with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm such person
This bill would prohibit exhaling smoke directed at the face of another person with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm that person. Violations would be punishable by up to one month in jail, or a fine of up to $500, or both. There would also be an additional civil penalty of up to $500.
