Definition of trade waste broker.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the definition of trade waste broker

The proposed legislation would amend the definition of trade waste broker to limit the definition to only include entities who broker agreements between commercial establishments and providers of trade waste removal, collection or disposal services.
