Requiring reporting on design-build contracts.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring reporting on design-build contracts

This bill would require that the Director of Management and Budget report periodically on the use of design-build by the City. The report would need to include the projects for which design-build contracts have been awarded, the agencies involved, oversight over such projects, the progress of such projects and an estimate of how much time and money has been saved by the use of design-build.
