A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York and the New York city building code, in relation to final inspections for temporary construction equipment permits and prohibiting stand-off brackets

This bill would no longer require certain final inspections for temporary construction equipment, which would streamline the sign-off process for permits issued in connection with such equipment. It would also prohibit the installation and use of stand-off brackets.
