Admission to recreational facilities.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to admission to recreational facilities

This bill would require the City to make memberships for recreation centers under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation free for young adults between 18 and 24 years old.
