A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to excluding community land trusts and affordable cooperative rentals from the housing portal

This bill would amend Local Law 64 for the year 2018 so that community land trusts and rental units in buildings incorporated as affordable housing cooperatives under certain provisions of state law are exempt from the requirements of the housing portal.
