Out-of-state campaign contributions.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to out-of-state campaign contributions
This bill would require the New York City Campaign Finance Board to publish and regularly update a list of local candidates who receive more than 50% of their campaign contributions from out-of-state sources. Such list would also include information about candidates’ out-of-city and out-of-borough contributions.
