Proof of residency required for relocation services.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to proof of residency required for relocation services

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to make available on its website and in each borough service center, information about methods to verify occupancy that a tenant must provide to HPD in order to obtain relocation services.
