A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the right of individuals over the age of 62 residing in multiple dwellings to maintain pets
This bill would prevent the owners of multiple dwellings from forbidding persons over the age of 62 from maintaining pets in their residences where the maintenance of such pets has been recommended by health care professionals.
