A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of homeless services to report on seniors that move into shelters from a nursing home, long term care facility or other adult care facility or program

This bill would require the Department of Homeless Services to report information on how many seniors are moving into shelters from a nursing home, long term care facility, or other adult care facility or program, including what borough and community district they are being discharged to.
