Requiring a percentage of taxis and for-hire-vehicles to be equipped with child restraint systems.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring a percentage of taxis and for-hire-vehicles to be equipped with child restraint systems

This bill would require a percentage of taxis and for-hire vehicles to include child car seats. It would also require that operators of high-volume for-hire services require that twenty percent of vehicles operated through the service provide child car seats.
