A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing legal services for tenants who are subject to eviction proceedings

This bill would amend Local Law number 136 of 2017, the housing court right-to-counsel law, by requiring implementation of access to legal services for tenants facing eviction proceedings in housing court citywide by June 1, 2021.
