A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city New York, in relation to the penalty for violations of alternate side parking rules

The proposed legislation would lower the penalty for violating alternate side parking rules to $30 and issue partial refunds for amounts paid under the higher penalty that took effect on February 20, 2020.
