A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation the provision of financial grants to small businesses and non-profit organizations to be used for cleaning expenses

This bill would require the Department of Small Business Services to create a financial grant program for small businesses and non-profit organizations to assist with the purchasing of cleaning supplies and services to minimize the spread of infectious diseases during a public health emergency.
