Establishing a local conditional release commission.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a local conditional release commission

This bill would create a local conditional release commission with the power and duty of determining which persons sentenced within the city of New York may be released on conditional release and under what conditions.
