Rent regulated accommodations.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to rent regulated accommodations

This bill would amend the definition of rent regulated accommodations to include only dwellings in which 35% or more of the dwelling units are required to be rent regulated. Newly covered buildings would have a two year extension to comply with the first building emissions limits.
