A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to suspending the schedule change premium when a state of emergency modifies fast food restaurant operations

This bill would establish a new exception to the schedule change premium imposed by Local Law 107 of 2017 when a declared state of emergency requires the employer to substantially modify its operations.
