A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the provision of notices regarding the obligation to maintain retaining walls

This bill would require the Department of Buildings to provide annual notices to property owners who are responsible for maintaining retaining walls that would explain their obligation to maintain such walls.
