A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to harassment of commercial tenants impacted by COVID-19
This bill would make threatening a commercial tenant based on their status as a COVID-19 impacted business or person a form of harassment punishable by a civil penalty of $10,000 to $50,000.
