A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the disclosure of commissions charged by third-party food delivery services
The bill would require that third-party delivery services, entities that provide restaurants with online order and delivery services, disclose to consumers any commission, fees, or other monetary payments imposed on participating restaurants.
