Establishing a missing person alert system.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a missing person alert system
This bill would establish a missing person alert system for the purpose of disseminating alerts to the public when a person who is not covered under existing alert systems is reported missing to a law enforcement agency under circumstances indicating that the person is in imminent danger of serious bodily harm or death.
