Providing a loss factor standard.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing a loss factor standard

This bill would require owners of commercial premises to report to the Department of Finance information regarding the square footage of such commercial premises, including the standards used to calculate rentable square footage, usable square footage and loss factor.
