Requiring the DOT, in consultation with the PD, to create a comprehensive plan to address problems of inadequate parking at any precinct or other building of the NYPD.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of transportation, in consultation with the police department, to create a comprehensive plan to address problems of inadequate parking at any precinct or other building of the New York city police department

This bill would require the Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Police Department (“NYPD”), to create a comprehensive plan to address problems of inadequate parking at any NYPD precinct or other building used by the NYPD. The bill provides that the Commissioner of Transportation must also consult with other New York City agencies as necessary in developing the plan.
