A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring a certain disclosure to tenants

This bill would require landlords of multiple dwellings to include as an addendum to new and renewal leases to tenants of these multiple dwellings, a disclosure advising the tenants of certain statutory rights under the real property law that cannot be waived within the lease.
